These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the sale of products by BAI Europe ("BAI", "we", "us") through this website to any customer ("you"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed on this website. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published on the day you place your order.

3. Products

Our products - embroidery machines, spare parts, consumables and software - are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Availability is indicated on each product page; some machines are made to order.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, customs duties and taxes are indicated before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force when the order is placed.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, areas, times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Conditions and the return procedure are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items (e.g. custom-configured goods or sealed consumables that have been opened), as permitted by law.

9. Warranty

All BAI machines benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided by applicable law. In addition, BAI machines come with a 1-year commercial warranty on machine parts, and genuine spare parts remain available at factory price for the life of the machine. Warranty does not cover wear parts, misuse, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

10. Spare parts & support

We commit to lifetime technical support and to keeping genuine spare parts available for the life of your machine, subject to the conditions communicated at the time of sale.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BAI's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos, software) is the property of BAI or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See also our Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law & disputes
