Wilcom questions
I have never digitised. Can I learn?
Yes, but training is not included with the licence. Wilcom publishes free online tutorials, and every edition has built-in help.
Can I open designs I already have?
Yes. Wilcom opens and edits existing embroidery files, so a design you bought or received can be changed before you stitch it.
Is there a subscription to pay?
Essentials, Lettering and Editing are lifetime licences, paid once. Decorating and Designing are also available as a monthly subscription: €79 and €129 excl. VAT per month, with a 12-month commitment. You order at €0 and we contact you to set it up.
